April 2025

This past month, I took a deep dive into AI—participating in a workshop and completing a 6-hour marketing class focused on how AI can enhance the way we engage with our retailers. I’m always looking for innovative ways to support growth, and AI is proving to be a powerful, transformative tool. It couldn’t come at a better time. 

On a personal note, my son was married today in a private ceremony in Ireland. We used ChatGPT to help express our joy—and it delivered a beautiful summary of our thoughts and even a fun rhyming toast we’ll share at a party next month. It was a small but meaningful reminder of how AI is becoming part of both our professional and personal lives.

As part of this shift, we’ll begin incorporating AI into our weekly emails to buyers—spotlighting trends, promotions, and bestsellers in a more dynamic and data-driven way. We’ll also be using AI to analyze performance by store, helping us identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and drive smarter, more strategic outreach.

I’m excited to begin applying what I’ve learned to better serve you and our retail partners—and to help us all grow smarter and faster.
